if i could offer one word of advise- no matter what doesnt leak, i say have extra fluids!! i keep a case of wal marts finest oil (super tech 10w40
) in that big pretty toolbox on my 89
it doesnt leak a drop but from the time i left my house, got to Hucks, and made it almost to cave city (25 miles from my house), we used 3.5 qts of oil... lifters were ticking so bad they sounded like they were gonna fly out.. pulled in a gas station, left it running, added 3 qts, no more noise!
(PS: now ill be there in spirit IF you ever hear a single valve rattle
)
