on my year truck the bumper bracket would have bolted flat onto the frame horns.we had to cut them off when we channeled the cab.we ended up cutting up the used brackets i got and welding them to the frame.we kinda just made it work.your extended frame horns might need to be cut down not to interfere with the front fenders.my sway bar mount is only a few inches from the bumper bracket cut outs.
