I spent most of the day playing with my truck too. I got whale tail removed, and the Snug lid installed. I put a shackle on as well. Yep, mine was the same as yours, sitting at least a half inch lower on the driver side.
I pulled the front license plate, and now I have to pick up some stainless pan head screws to cover the holes. Tomorrow the badges come off cause I don't need no "steenkin badges"...  |
Tire was a 305 40 22 nitto. Backspacing in inches on the 9" wheel ends up being about 5.75 or just a very small tad more +20mm they call it. Yeah whats up with the lean?? Do yourself a favor and get the 3m wheel to get that adhesive off. I got 3 off in the time it took me to do 1 by hand. Got my wheels from http://www.customwheelsdirect.com/wh...ino_Wheels.php they had a good price mounted balanced and shipped to my door with lugs and locks. What did you replace the whale tail with??
