Bigblock 73, are you aware of any 4x4 shops in your area that may be going belly-up? That was the background of most of his sales, that he has a bunch of warn winches and had to get rid of them. He delivered on the plow parts but never on the winches and some lg truck mirriors. I'm thinking that he might work for such a shop. If I can locate this bum I'll turn the info over to the cops. There is a set of chrome bracelets with his name on them.
