Typical Chevy lean. Most all GM model trucks seem to have it after a while. What I did with my old 2002 is I carried my tools, mini floor jack, etc on the passenger side of the truck bed. The extra weight helped balance it out. I guess having the fuel tank on the drivers sides tends to cause that side to sag sooner.

ADDED: I do believe they had a service up date that added an extra spring spacer to help with the front. I have seen folks swap the rear leafs from side to side also to help balance it. My way was the cheapo, I have no money fix.
