Take a good look at your main dash harnes connection also. You may have not gotten it plugged in good.
I found this on my daughters 68 dash yesterday when taking it a part.
This was the main connection and the grey wire was the main feed wire for all the lights. I had to cut it and splice it. Not to mention all the paint on the terminals!

Thanks for the links. I’ll take a look. I found a blown fuses and now I have turn signals and hazards but no running lights as well.
