Problems no, but the PITA factor for getting it put in the new handle 8.5-9.

Leave the old lock cylinder on the rod and just leave it dangle in the door when you do the swap - it makes it a whole lot easier.

Getting the cylinder back into the new handle - the hardest part is lining it up to push it in - if I had a helper for 5 mins (one person on the outside of the door and one on the inside lining it up) - it would have been a heck of a lot easier.

Once it was lined up - it just pushed right in and then locked into the new handle.

The hardest part may have been getting the rods in/out of the external door handle - but once I had it apart it made a lot more sense.

I could have shaved 20 mins off my time if I had a helper to line up the cylinder.
