I would recommend the Vortec Performer RPM. The reason is they have provisions to run engine coolant under the carb to keep it warm in the cold/damp weather. IMO this would be an advantage on a DD where you are located. If you find you don't need the warmth for the carb, you can just screw a couple of pipe plugs in the ports.
