Now that my acoustic & thermal insulation is down and my carpet rough fit, it was time to make a rear cab piece. I bought a 4'x8' piece of thin fiberboard from Home Depot for about $14. I cut it to the shape of the back cab wall. I then cut the bulk carpet to fit the same shape and glued it to the fiberboard using contact adhesive.
