You've found your problem right there. If you have power on one side of the fuse but not the other, then either the fuse is blown or its not making a good contact in the fusebox. Fix that and you should be good to go.

Wow.... I feel like an idiot lol. It looked good when I checked it before. I just looked at it again and it's blown. Well now I need to replace that fuse and get everything hooked back up and see if I'm back in business. Thanks for guiding me along.
