We ended up using the same undercoating to treat the cab floor and rear wall:

We ended up using the old cab for mockup of the Vintage Air unit. We also had to have some custom hoses made up for where we wanted to put the bulkhead connections.

We also got new door glass and wing windows:

We ended up having to trim a bit of the window seal since they were a bit too long, but it turned out pretty good:
