Hey guys, I have a new cab and the old speaker was not the original one because someone cut a hole in the roof of the cab to allow it to fit as seen in the picture below.
I am not going to cut a hole in my new cab, so am looking for a speaker that will fit behind the speaker box and the roof.
I found these
https://www.ebay.ca/itm/PQN-Enterpri...taEATz&vxp=mtr that are 1" deep and are is just shallow enough to fit but for a few reasons, I am hesitant to buy. 1) too expensive 2) I don't need two of them.
I don't care even a tiny bit about how it sounds, it's a factory AM radio, and will seldom be turned on but I do want it to be functional.
Where and what speaker can I buy that is 5x7 (or 5" round) and will be no more than 1" deep to fit without cutting a hole in the roof?
