OK, sounds like I was about right in my reasoning with around $4000. Like i said, this was the original owners daughter selling it. So, their is obvious sentimental value added onto that price. I think that is the, if you want to pay me that much I will sell it, otherwise, I don't want to sell it.

I will throw out a price, and move on.
