Got it together and it looks great. Really sucked to put it together (especially the wheel well tubs). Too much twisting and some reaming of bolt holes to get it all to fit together. Would go with a wood floor next time because you would be able to square up the bed and then drill the perimeter holes in the wood. The steel bed floor was off 1/4 inch where the tailgate and bedside meet on the right side. This caused some of the bolt holes on the perimeter to be off some. Wish my original bed was not so rusted.
