I jinxed myself. We have one single cab 2007 K 2500HD, 6.0.

The next day after I posted this the transmission went out at 157,000. In the trucks defense, it has always been in the loving care of a pipeline crew, and the guy driving it will test anything for weak links.

A reman transmission from Jasper is $4,400 plus R&R, I found a used one from American Truck Salvage (board member) for $1,500 plus R&R.
