I have been getting them for quite a while too. I always have to scroll up or click on the down arrow on the left side of the ad to get rid of it, to reply to a post or message. It's a pain in the arse....
I am going to move this to the "Site Feedback" forum. Administrators are supposed to get a notification when someone posts there.
