Fleetside and stepside have the same frame.

Some trucks came with coil spring rear suspension, and some with leaf springs. You could use either type for your truck, although the rear axle mounts are different.

Not sure about 2WD vs. 4WD in terms of the frame rails themselves. The front suspension/axle is obviously different.
4wd rails are different. The rear section behind the cab is totally different.
