The radiator and the 250 engine are out. The radiator is a Harrison and probably original but pretty thin front to back like there is only one row or at most two rows of cores.
I don't think the used clutch would last long with a bigger engine so back to the auto swap. I am hoping I can get the old 4sp manual out by removing its bell housing and dropping it down on a jack. I'll bring my torch and air chisel there tomorrow to try and get the cross member out in one piece.
