Been all uphill from there. Will be on the downward slide soon.

I got to NAS Whidbey in 1991 when the Intruders were still flying. I was also stationed on the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) and watched the last trap and launch in history of an A-6E Intruder from the flight deck. Cool and sad at the same time to lose such an awesome platform that delivered a massive payload of ordnance.
