Yep! I'm pretty handy with the ole spray bomb! Thanks. And what I did was scrub the thing down three times. Twice with purple power, and once with simple green. Took it all apart, at least down to the basic engine. plug all the holes and then blasted it with brake parts cleaner to remove any leftover oil or grease. Sanded it with some 400 grit sandpaper and then wiped that off with a clean rag and laquer thinner. Then primed, painted, and clear coated with Duplicolor engine enamels. Oh! Lol! Don't forget to tape off, and cover with paper your firewall and inner fenders, and anything else you don't want to get overspray on before you paint! Yes, I even taped off my oil filter and starter. Then, clean and paint your other things brackets, pulleys, fan, and whatever else you want seperately. As far as tips, I used a foam nerf ball cut and used as corks for different holes. And take your time! Well that's how, now let's see your outcome!
