nope. Pressure is pressure. There is a slightly increased volume to fill, but considering an engine displacing nearly six liters per 2 revolutions it won't take enough time to notice the volume, especially at higher engine speed. It's a pretty common place for these big ones in pick ups. And more importantly, it won't matter, since this is the first place it will reasonably fit. even if there was a notable difference, it will be considerably better than not running one.
