you know that old saying, make one change, & have ten alterations down the line, this old revell is living up to that.
usually revell kits are pretty decent, but this one is sadly lacking in detail & accuracy everywhere.
the door panels are smooth with nothing on them, not even a window crank, baby smooth floor with no peddles, & a gumby molded in seat.
found this AMT 1/24 tub in the parts box, did i mention the revell is 1/25, not much of a difference usually...
new tub is a bit longer & shorter, some sanding & clearencing the cab

you can see the minor size diff in the dashes, had to rework it & the cowl so the windshield will fit back in. seat is a resin one leftover from my crewcab

had to move the motor mounts, trim the tunnel back back a bit, & clearance the bottom of the tub...

which meant i had to take off more than i wanted to from the tranny, so the t-case would fit in there

did find some nice white, shiny, but not to much, kinda white like how they looked from GM
