I noticed that you have the heater hoses blocked off. I remember seeing something that LS engines did not like the heater lines capped off. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) I think you had to loop them to solve the issue.

I've had the ports blocked off since I did the swap several years ago. I've never had an issue with overheating or cooling.
