I found a set of 3 leaf front springs off a 1981 K20 (paid 10 bucks for them) and made the two leaves fit under my stock front main leaf, this gave me a 1 inch lift in the front. I had some two inch blocks laying around, so I replaced the stock 1 inch block with these and it turned out really good. I'm running 255x85x16 tires on the ford 16 x 7 inch wheels to try and keep the stock look too.
