He paid for this order in cash in our Corona, CA showroom. Therefore, we did not credit his card since it had not been used, a refund check was sent via mail. He stated it did not arrive, after a grace period we determined it had not been cashed and re-issued another refund check. This time we used UPS for a delivery confirmation.
