I have to give 'props' to Brothers.
They helped my wife pick out the correct Cheyenne Super (houndstooth) seat cover she bought me for Christmas one year. She had a great experience - and we know how hard wives are to please!
Also I got a bad aftermarket radio from them one time. I called and a replacement was sent immediately.
I don't doubt some have had a bad experience. It's just human nature that those are the people who have a lot to say.
