I could only wish for something like that!
I do have to say that 24'x24' is almost the minimum if you want to have some room to spread out, 30'x30' is a really nice size so you can work and have some room to spare. I wish I could fit a 30x30 on my city lot, but a 24x24 is almost too big. I am stuck for now as my current small garage is grandfathered in and I could barely put a shed up with the new ordinances with setback and such in my city!!!
