The later K members should swap over. On my 63 1 ton panel I used a donor 84 truck. The 3 main bolts that bolt in vertically should mount right up. 2 on the side should also bolt up. You will have to drill one new hole and oblong another and that's about it. That's assuming this has a similar width frame.
