Not sure if you figured it out or not - are the doors aligned? I just redid my top (single wall with the seal rail) and I have a little air gap in some places (say 1/4") which I think for me is probably door alignment - but I get the sense these things were always awful seals. I got all new seals for my top all round and mine still leaks - I am starting to get the feeling that I will never get it to seal up tight like a normal car. For you if you have a double wall top are the seals in the right position? Are the doors aligned?
