Yes those are the same ones.
I did not research it too much since I had all the parts in front of me, but my rotors were 1-1/4" thick, which I think was considered heavy duty. Not sure maybe somebody in the know can chime in.
I also got lucky that they were new surface wise, they had just sitting gathering surface rust so they cleaned up with light cuts.
