Sounds like the stock system is a much better performer than VA. (Though I haven't really had any issues with my VA, the cab stays nice and cool even with clear glass).
Since I've already cut the holes in the dash for the VA vents, is it possible to install a stock system in a truck that didn't come with A/C from the factory? Just a matter of obtaining the parts?
