Re: What would you use to polish these?

If you truly want to polish them out, then you will have to use something more agressive to start with than the Mothers billet polish ball or tapered foam buffers. I would use a air driven or electric die grinder and then put a buffing taper on it then use what is called a razor buff wheel. These come in different levels of agressive material and can take the wheel from what you have to a near mirror finish. You have to use polishing compounds that comes in sticks which starts with the grey for the rought cut, then the green to set a finish, and finally the white to polish to color or shine.

Start with Eastwood products for what you need in buffing equipment, but you would have to search the web for razor buffs. The size that works best is about 3" in diameter. There is also some places like Harbor Freight that has some pollishing items.

When you have a finish on the wheels, then you can polish and clean with the foam items from Mothers.
