Re: how about a "SHINY" shop truck ?
I would bet that at least part of those "shop trucks" started out as new or fairly new trucks...so why not? It would be no different than "restoring" a stock truck...that just happened to start life as a delivery truck for the dealership where it was "sold".
Have you got an idea of a shop name? city? logo of some kind? I am sure I can 'shop something up for it.
