Honestly I was thinking about offering him $17k with a max price of $19k. But maybe I should be slapped silly

I have price comped some trucks in this area and ones that look half done, rust showing, motor barely runs and is a straight six or small v8 are going for $12k. Some with great drivetrain and rough body work are going for $8k-$10k.

To me this truck is buy it and go straight to car show. The only place with rust are the parts of the bed I showed in the pictures.
