Well the only real answer would be probably. But yes it is factory and on the SPID. If the truck had been special ordered then its very likely. A lot truck might not have ever carried a camper it's whole life. Most campers went on new trucks in this time period. But many, if not most, buyers pick something off the lot that is "close enough" to what they wanted and usually there is a helpful salesman right there to close the sale. The Custom Camper is just a nameplate option that had required RPO numbers. These generally reflected the minimum recommended chassis equipment for that truck model and not every possible camper related option. The UY1 Camper Wiring was not required. After all few trucks are seen wtih the U98 Junction Block and even the TP2 Aux Battery is rare. Here are two pages from the '69 data book.
