Thanks TexasC10 - that was one of the things the PO did to the truck. Compared to him, I completely changed the truck and less than a year too! I am not sure how he was able to have the truck for 5 years and only change the seat and the carb LOL
I had to put off spraying the bed with liner and tint - since I had to deal with the valve seals and transmission leaks after the rebuild these past two weeks. Then I have my numbers matching Qjet Carb out for reburb and performance tweaking.
Though I am very excited to go to Wimberley Texas for Coffee & Cars that the
12 Kings Car Club hosts on the 1st Sunday of the month. I even have a application filled out to join! With my smoke and leaks gone I won't be embarrassed about my rebuild on the engine/transmission ;-)
