@Wilkin250r: Thanks for that philosophy. That actually really helps to frame the issue. Yeah, it's not a rust bucket, but she's got some extra colors for sure. Thanks for the encouragement too! I replaced a fuel vent hose, so of course now I think I can take on bigger projects.

@Jaysonb: Thanks for the resource. I found my truck on the Rock Auto site and it listed two options (three, but I'm ignoring the one that says w/o AC). Other than measuring and matching my current radiator's dimensions, are these two essentially the same thing (see image)?
