I have been looking for a 67-72 truck to buy. Found a 67 with minimal rust that seems to be priced right, $3800. Comments?

Truck has in-line 6 coupled to a Camaro 5 speed trans. The truck is sold as- not running.

I plan to do a 5.3 install. Question is- does anyone have any information to share concerning the 5 speed trans?

Is that trans strong enough for a V8? I have not inspected the trans install- is this a simple swap?
