not sure this is the best way to do it without straps and a lift, but...

I did it by myself using 4 jackstands, a floor jack, and four 2x6 boards.

basicly, I went around to each corner of the cab and jacked it up until I could get two of the boards all the way across the frame and sticking out the sides, then layed the other two front to back on each side of the cab, put my jack under that board and jacked it up until it made contact with the boards going across the frame, and supported them, where they intersected, with the jackstands.

jacked up the back of the truck, took off the rear wheels (had to do this to clear the jack stands, slid a two wheel dolley under the rear end with the handle on the driveway facing towards the front, let the jack down, and pushed the frame out from underneath the cab, back to front.

took a while but it worked.

btw... think i met your dad at Toppin it all Off car show last year. I had the black pro street inside the building.
