Another thing I thought of....did you over tighten the spring eye and shackle bolts and did you grease the spring bushings when you installed them?
It is possible to fully bind the springs and shackles by tightening them too tight. The shackle bolts should only be 40 ft/lbs per the Tuff Country instructions.
