Re: lmc door panels
ok guys I appreiciate the info but Im asking about the blue ones pictured to be specific I like the pocket on these door panels. Maybe I missed them on the other site. I know lmc doesnt have the best reputation for thing fitting, its hit or miss with them. I've always had good luck with the feed back on this site so I like to ask here first.
Thanks Ken

Re: lmc door panels
That's good to know, Mike...I've had a tough time in the past finding board vendors who do 88-98 stuff.

Re: lmc door panels
I agree, those panels are made by Palco (also known as dashtop).
Good to hear they fit. I put some Palco panels on a '70 'Cuda & also on a '70 Challenger, and the fronts went on with some work, but the rears didn't come with any mounting holes or enough plastic to properly countersink the holes. Of coarse, that's a whole different type of vehicle. I was wondering how well does the color on the new panels match the original? The LMC carpet didn't match my 89 Chevy blue at all, it was more like my 98 Chevy. There were 3 colors of Blue carpet 88-98. The LMC carpet doesn't come with the thick black rubber mass backing either. If you're looking for carpet, go straight to ACC carpets. They'll get you a molded carpet in the correct color with the rubber backing. Tav |
