Need help/advice...
Driver window does not go down, all others work. Power locks not working. Any advice will be appreciated thanks. '98

There was a similar thread recently and his turned out to be a broken wire in the group of wires that runs from the door through the door jamb. With the age of the vehicle it's a real possibility on yours too.
Try moving the door open and close while pushing the window switch. Or swap the window switch with another one to test. I had one go bad and noticed the switch felt soft like an internal spring had broken maybe.
