Aaron Lewis

O.k. I might be behind the times a little bit, but this is the first time I've heard his new music.

I spent quite a bit of time a decade ago following OZZFEST, and The Family Values Tour.

I've been a fan of Staind and Aaron Lewis for awhile.

I like what he's doing now, even though it's a little country.

Re: Aaron Lewis

I think the Staind/Mudshovel days were just a phase. It's what was hip back in the late 90's. All us "Generation X'ers" were needing to blow some steam off. Myself included.

I think when you sit a musisian down and they sound even better acoustically, than they do plugged in, well it's a sign of raw talent.

His version of Pear Jam's "Black" is probably my favorite of all time. Of course, you need to remove Fred Durst from the live version that was released.

I don't get to rock out much any more. I have little girls, so Taylor Swift, Adelle, etc... is all I hear. I know how my parents felt now.

I'm glad to see he's out there still rocking and doing his own thing. I may have to call some old buddies up and go to a show if they make here to the midwest.

Chris.
