Talking Cut that dash!!

I am going to start by appologizing to all of the purists out there.

I WANT TO CUT MY DASH!!! Thats right, I am considering cutting my dash and installing a nice large double din screen right smack dab in the middle!

Anyone done this or seen it?

Re: Cut that dash!!

I'm not sure if I like the under dash AC option, and I would like to keep the Heater & AC controls in their original position on the dash....

Re: Cut that dash!!

Looks good to me. There was a post somewhere here that had the ash tray door open up and a little screen came out of it and popped up..very custom...but very cool too. With the ash tray closed it looked completely stock (I suppose an added layer of security too).

TT

Re: Cut that dash!!

I'm gonna have to look that up, cause that would be sooooo sweet having the screen pop up from the Ash tray! Everyone would think its just another crappy old truck!
