Maybe it is the image but it looks like your notches are sitting at two different angles...?????

That's the KP notches, they look funny in every picture because of the bend. They match up well, but I have to do a double take every time I see them too.

I think that has shown up in other frame pictures as well. They do look proportionally different but it is just an illusion..

There on straight according to the tape measure. I do have a bit of an issue. The front mounts on my four links need to be further away from the frame (the front is norrower then the rear, because of the frame being tappered.) Im planning on build a small steel box (about an inch) to allow the bars to be perfectly straight. Can anyone offer any tips or perhaps some good pics? Thanks, any other suggestions would be great as well.

when you are done and if you feel like the front still isnt low enough.. you can take off the upper bag plate and put in a spring cup up top so the bag sits inside the crossmember... frame looks good!

I did the same thing but sliced a piece of 2x4 box tubing. Here is a pic, but not a very good angle. The first pic is from the above link. There are a lot more in the actual thread.

From what I've read/heard, the pinion angle should be 2-4 degrees and should be pointed in the opposite direction of the trans. tail shaft, but at the same number of degrees. For example, if your tail shaft is pointing down at 3 degrees, then your pinion should point up at 3 degrees.

yes .... that is correct.... your pinion angle needs to be the exact reflection of the trans tailshaft.... if it is at -3.5 then you want you pinion at +3.5 ect...

Hey BedSled71, you dont have any good pics of the front bags mounted without using the plate do you. I thought about trying that, thought I might get an inch or so, but wasnt sure how to go about it. Thanks for the help.

Hey guys, Im having trouble fitting my panhard bar on. It's the one that comes with the universal parallel 4-link kit from KP. I'm running out of room in between the axle and the notch. Any suggestions?

Well, I just ordered a Poterbuilt X member, Cant wait to get it !! I've got all the rear suspension done except for the panhard bar. I installed a kit from Kp components and there is simply not enough room for it to fit between the rearend and the frame (when dropped). I think the only way to solve the problem will be to run some type of Watts link. Has anyone installed one of the "totally polished" ones? Thanks for the help guys.

Your truck is looking good! It's going to look even better with the dropmember! Kp components sells watts links cheaper then Totally Pollished.
What rim and tire do you plan on running? Again lookin good!
