I would like to thank all those great folks who, knowingly or not contributed to my project. Whether it was an answer to my question or a post reply to someone else's question, the tips and info were the best.
A special thanks to HOTFUN for some parts, advise and a tour of his toyland.
Here's the final result (minus the glove box lid I'm currently in the process of making).

The booster is original and the mc is an oem replacement.
