For those who love lifted
I have been working on this truck for going on seven years, it started as a 1972 gmc 2wd long bed i built it in high school once in my signature what it looked like first it had the suburban frame and running gear then. In college i took it apart again in a two year auto body class and got to tear it down my second year unfortunately, i didn't have the time to finish i got hired as a body tech in Nebraska, so my boss is cool enough to let me work on it after hours. Here is what i have got done so far completely striped frame powder coated, blasted and rebuilt axles, painted cab painted with PPG envirobase. The bed is ready for paint it is a rust free fleet side, The doors are close just doing final fitment. I got a cowl hood, also plan to get it all fitted this weekend, and get some more paint on it soon it is sitting on a 1991 Chevy suburban frame shortened three foot and on a 6 in lift and 38 x 15 in tires. I will be putting in a 383 tbi and all the goodies it had a 350 tbi just think i need more power it will basically be a show truck no mud for me ok mabe a little.
Thanks Dennis Here are some pics
