WTB: 1964 to 1966 K10 4x4 Rockwell T221 cab shift lever with bracket that attaches to the 4 speed SM420.

Les, Here is a photo of the one that I have. Do you need the linkage to the t case also? How about $50 for the shifter and pivot bracket and another $20 for the linkage if you want it.
