Looking to lift my truck and I wanted to know what size lift these trucks are running. I'm torn between a 2 and 4 inch lift.

I'd say no more than 2" (well maybe 2 1/2", it's a bit of a gray area).

Here a couple examples for ya. The black 72 has a 4" lift with 35" tires ans the green 68 has a 2.5" lift with 33s

That 68 has Skyjacker 2.5" Softride front springs and 2" blocks in the rear. It had a really nice ride, not too soft and not to stiff. I believe Tuff Country also make a good 2.5" lift.

Skyjacker Softride. Mine's been on for several years and I'm still very happy with it. Decent ride and excellent quality. I didn't need to do any steering mods at all, just needed longer front shocks. BTW, stock rear shocks are a perfect fit on the front with 2" - 2.5" springs.

Thanks guys, I will end up doing the full suspension so I can replace my springs at the same time. What shock's do you recommend with that lift?

What size and type wheels are on your 68? Would love to find a set of those.

I like my KYB Gas-A-Justs. Firm control without being harsh and they have held up well over the years, much better than my prior Monroe Gas Magnums. Not too expensive either. I've heard good things about Monroe Sensatracs but have no personal experience with them.
