93 dually brake lines
Hello everyone,
Does anyone know of a place that sells prebent brake lines to fit 1993 CC Dually? I have found some for the rear axle only. But I can't find any for the front or down the frame. I did find one place that would make them if I sent them my old ones. There is a guy on eBay that has them for a 94 and says they won't fit a 93. What is the difference? Thanks all!

If you haven't yet, you might check with Classic Tube or Inline Tube.

Re: 93 dually brake lines
Classic Tube told me that if I send my old ones, that they can make me new ones.

Re: 93 dually brake lines
Just asking: are you needing to replace the lines because they are currently leaking or are they "crusty" to the point you fear they will leak? I had to replace the front to rear lines on a 93 C1500 extended cab that spent to many winters in Ohio and I was able to use a couple of straight lengths of brake tubing from NAPA and my tubing bender and springs and followed the factory routing. Used different lengths of tubing so I didn't have to cut any of the tubing so I did not have to test my flaring skills.

Re: 93 dually brake lines
I live in SW ohio and this truck has been sitting in a gravel lot for 6 years. I'm wanting to replace all the brake components to make sure it is safe and reliable.
I can get a coil of stainless steel and make up the lines, but I hate making flares. And usually the factory fits so nicely I did find one kit that will do the rear axle but that's all.

Re: 93 dually brake lines
Call a GM dealer parts department with VIN number. GM has brake line kits for the newer body style trucks. May have a listing for yours, worth a shot. Not bad price either, I pay between 130 to 160 for line for newer trucks.
